About South Alwen Forest
South Alwen Forest is part of the Alwen and Clocaenog forestry estate in North Wales. The area includes commercial conifer plantations, long forestry haul roads and open rides.
Terrain is moderately rolling across upland ground. Surfaces mostly consist of firm forestry aggregate, with occasional softer sections in wetter areas.
Course Description
Undulating hard packed forest trails, wide, safe with very few turns, typical for North Wales, however we try to put in a grassy/muddy cut through.
