Calderglen Country Park

Calderglen Country Park in East Kilbride contains wooded river valleys, open parkland, and recreational paths developed around the Rotten Calder Water gorge. The park includes surfaced footpaths, compacted-earth trails, and access roads maintained by South Lanarkshire Council.

Terrain is varied, with relatively steep slopes near the gorge and more level ground across the surrounding parkland. Surfaces depend on route but are generally well-maintained and suitable for year-round use.
