From The West or East:

Exit the A31 at the slip road exits between Ringwood and the Ashley Heath roundabout onto the B3081 towards Verwood. Drive through Verwood and about 0.75 miles after passing the Albion pub, take the left turn signposted Woodlands. At the crossroads (approx 1.25 mile), turn left. The venue will be signposted on the left about 0.5 mile after the crossroads.

From The North:

Follow the B3081 signposted Ringwood. This road joins the B3078 Cranborne-Wimborne road for about 0.5 mile, then turns left to leave the B3078. Take the left onto the B3081 and after about 0.5 mile take the right turn signposted Woodlands. At the crossroads (approx 0.5 mile), go straight over and the venue will be signposted about 0.5 mile on the left.

Course Description:

The course uses a variety of trails. Some are typical forestry trails while others are estate tracks. There are no tarmac tracks and no mud holes, though use may be made of prepared field edge tracks (close cut grass). The course is mostly flat with some short, gentle gradients. An alternative final section will be tried (if suitable) to avoid the final hill which some competitors found slightly taxing.
